Founded in 2016 by Aizaz “Oz” Chughtai, Security & Protective Services (SPS) was built on a simple principle: security should be professional, accountable, and service-driven.
We Are Your Go-To Security Guard company for all your Business & Event needs.
At SPS, security goes beyond presence — it’s about awareness, respect, and proactive protection. Our team serves a wide range of environments.
We tailor every assignment to meet the specific needs of each client. Guards are available in business attire, standard uniforms, armed uniforms, plain clothes, or client-provided attire — ensuring the right fit for every setting.
No two locations are alike. That’s why every site is supported by a customized, client-reviewed SPS Operations Manual that guides our personnel and ensures consistent service standards.
We offer flexible, at-will services with no long-term contracts unless mutually agreed upon — giving our clients both confidence and flexibility.

With industry experience dating back to 2008, Oz created SPS to deliver reliable protection with a strong focus on customer care and operational excellence.
Jeremiah Moore, C.O.O
With Experience dating back before 2015, Jeremiah ensures our guards are properly trained for each site, and manages the scheduling for each customer.
Training
In addition to background checks, SPS requires extensive in-house and on-site training. Each guard is trained at their assigned site to ensure that they have a full understanding of where and how to perform their designated tasks. Our guards also perform online training through Vector Solutions. Vector Solutions is accredited by the Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards (MCOLES).
Geo -Fence Login
At Security and Protective Services LLC, we make sure to take the measure to ensure there is no time-theft on our part. We have a GPS based time clock system, that allows us to setup a Geo-Fence for each client site. Also tracking the guards route while they’re clocked-in. Allowing us to provide our clients with nothing but a clear view and peace of mind.
Custom Daily Logs
With our Guard Check-in system, we have the power to create daily logs and custom forms tailored to each clients individual needs. Each log entry is GPS time-stamped for your reassurance . At te the end of each guards shift the logs are then e-mailed to your companies desired point of contact.
